  • Fifteen of our best cows go up every summer to enjoy the rich Alpine pastures, from July to September, for around two months in summer.
  • This emblematic place, perched at over 2000 metres, embodies the simplicity and authenticity of mountain life.
  • Nicolas Coppey, one of the region's most respected producers, makes raclette cheese with the Valais PDO designation on site.
  • After the cheese is cut into pieces in September, the wheels are brought down to be sold directly at attractive prices.
