Misterraclette
I'm Misterraclette, from the Valais, and I've always been passionate about raclette cheese. For me, a good raclette is much more than a simple meal: it is a moment of sharing, conviviality and above all, an explosion of flavors.
One day, I realized that too many people were missing out on the real raw milk raclette cheeses from Valais, in favor of pasteurized versions without soul or character. We can't let that happen!
In 2021, I therefore created a dedicated E-Commerce site to make these nuggets accessible.
My goal? To introduce as many people as possible to authentic raclette, the kind that melts hearts as much as taste buds!
