  • Handcrafted at the Alpage de La Chaux, 2200 meters above sea level in the Val de Bagnes, this raclette cheese from the La Chaux Alp is a true jewel of the Valais.
  • Fifteen of our best cows come up here every summer to enjoy the rich alpine pastures, from July to September, for around two months in summer.
  • Raclette cheese, under the Bagnes appellation, is processed on the mountain pasture by the Luisier family, one of the region's most respected producers.
  • After the pieces have been divided up in September, the wheels of cheese are taken down to the Domaine de Crévy, where they are sold at excellent prices.
