Start by lighting the fire and letting the wood burn to get a pleasant warmth. Then, place your cheese on the dedicated surface.
Depending on the heat of the home and the nature of thecheese, let it melt for about 1 to 2 minutes, turning it occasionally.
As soon as the surface of the cheese begins to blister, remove the half wheel and scrape it onto your plate.
